How to save your video to Photos
On iPhone, downloading a video and saving it to Photos are different actions.
Save straight from CleanClip
- Finish cleaning your clip and tap Save video.
- In the iPhone share sheet, scroll through the actions below the app icons.
- Choose Save Video, if it is available.
- Open Photos and find the saved clip in your recent items.
The share sheet is controlled by iOS. Available actions depend on the browser and the file.
The video went to Files instead
- Open Files and look in Downloads. Check iCloud Drive or On My iPhone if needed.
- Open the cleaned MP4.
- Tap Share, then Save Video if that action appears.
- Return to Photos to find it.
I cannot see Save Video
Try opening CleanClip directly in an up-to-date Safari rather than inside another app. Make sure the file is the finished MP4, not a link to the website. If the share sheet still offers only file actions, keep the download and open it from Files. CleanClip cannot force iOS to show a Photos action.
What happens on Android?
The share sheet may offer a gallery or photo app installed on your phone. Otherwise save the MP4 to Downloads. Some gallery apps show downloaded videos automatically; others need you to open or import the file. The choices depend on your phone.
